Never let them

Everything has an opposite, something that is much better and more dominating or on the flip side can lead you to be worst off and feeling a bit down. Positive thinking is the key. You should always find a bright side to any situation that may seem to be unfit for your life. Don't ever allow negativity to cloud your thoughts. Negativity is a very strong energy and if you allow it to take over your mind and your thoughts it will devour you. Stress is the number 1 killer in America. Where does stress come from? A bunch of negative situations which caused a lot of negative thoughts and keeping a negative mindset for a negative outcome which ultimately becomes a negative life style. Some people are better than others at shaking this energy but others need a little more assistance. Here are some things to live by.


Simple things to shake negativity:


1. Take a deep breathe- Breathing is a instant relief for me. It gives me time to think about what I can do about a situation and a good air flow can be more relaxing then you expect.

2. Count your blessings- Reminding yourself of what you are thankful for. It keeps you feeling motivated and excited for what else is in store for you.

3. Express gratitude- Thank whatever HIGHER POWER you believe in and remain thankful.

4.Start everyday fresh- Leaving yesterday's negativity up to yesterday to handle it (let the past be the past)

5. Don't sweat the small stuff- Shake off the small things that bother you. You don't have to allow every little thing get to you. (Do not cry over spilled milk)

6.Let go of the things you can not change- Once you realize that whatever it is, is out of your control let it go.

7.Keep your goal(s) in mind- Keeping your goals front and center of your day will keep you focused on what is important and what actual matters.

8. Be the best version of you- The happy, cheerful, pleasant, honest, trustworthy,loyal and inspiring person that is inside you.

9. Smile when you don't want to- Smiling can be as contagious as yawning. Share that beautiful smile you have. People deserve to see it and you deserve to wear it.
